MIYAJI ENGINEERING GROUP shall further enhance its corporate governance by adopting the format of a Company with an Audit and Supervisory Committee, on which Outside Directors, who constitute the majority of Directors, serve as committee members, and shall actively work to enhance the effectiveness of its internal control systems, promote and ensure compliance and build and promote risk management.
